Carina Diedericks-Hugo was born on 11 March 1977 in Johannesburg. She lived for four years pile Pretoria, before the family simulated to Cape Town. She accompanied by Herschel Girls' School in Standpoint Town and also went take a break Boston, USA as a nonnative exchange pupil, where she afterward went back-packing for six weeks, before returning to Herschel prep added to finishing matric.
